We default to Claude for most reasoning-heavy work, OpenAI for embeddings, and self-hosted open models when cost or data residency demands it. We're model-agnostic and benchmark for each use case.

We build React Native and PWAs but we don't take fresh native iOS/Android-only briefs. If you need a deeply native app, we'll refer you to a partner we trust.

Yes, all pricing is USD. Invoices include local VAT/GST where applicable. EU clients can request a reverse-charge VAT invoice.

Change requests are quoted in writing before any new work starts. Small tweaks are absorbed; major scope additions are added as a separate line item. You'll never see a surprise invoice.

You do, fully. We transfer the GitHub repo, infra access, and DNS to your account at delivery. We don't keep a private copy. You can re-platform, fire us, or open-source the code — it's yours.

Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support for bug fixes (60 days for Builder, 90 for Enterprise). After that, you can stay on a monthly retainer (Maintain / Grow / Scale) or pay hourly for one-off changes.

Yes. We white-label for several agencies that resell our automation and SaaS work under their own brand. NDA, contractor agreement, and a shared Slack channel — that's the typical setup.

Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before the audit call. Source code, designs, and data are 100% yours. We're SOC 2 ready and follow GDPR data handling for EU clients, CCPA for California.

Only what's necessary for the system to run, and only on infra you own. We never train models on your data. We document every data touchpoint in the engagement.

Yes. We use a standard MSA for most engagements but happily review and sign yours. Enterprise builds always sign a custom MSA.
